4Rs on Tour at Annual Conferences in July

from The Fertilizer Institute | June 11, 2012

4R Events, North Central, Northeast, Northern Great Plains, Right Place, Right Rate, Right Source, Right Time, Southeast, Southern & Central Great Plains, Western

Because broad implementation of 4Rs on the farm requires the knowledge and skills of many, part of the 4R outreach effort is to connect with agricultural stakeholders outside of the fertilizer industry. United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) staff, soil conservation district employees, and land grant university extension specialists and county agents are important influencers and information sources for crop producers. To connect with those individuals, The Fertilizer Institute will staff booths in the trade shows at the upcoming Soil and Water Conservation Society International Annual Conference and the National Association of County Agricultural Agents Annual Meeting. If you are in attendance at either of these meetings, please stop by the booth.

National Association of County Agricultural Agents Annual Meeting: July 15 – 19, 2012; North Charleston, South Carolina.

Soil and Water Conservation Society International Annual Conference: July 22-25, 2012; Fort Worth, Texas
